Scope and content

Metadata transferred with the Word file indicates that it was created in June 1996. The diagram does not show 1:many relationships between the Valid Political Party table and the Ballot table, and the Valid Selection Type table and the School table: see the Table Catalogues of these tables for further details.

The Exam Results and Valid Exam Results tables (pages 5 and 22) were not transferred to NDAD and apparently were never created; the Ofsted Visit and Speaker Activity tables (pages 12 and 17) were transferred but contained no data.

The windows on pages 1-2 show main data on an individual school (corresponding to the school table); page 3 - details of a GM attempt (corresponding to the gm_attempt table); page 4 - details of a GM conference (corresponding to the conference table), plus another window showing a school's Schools' Census data for 1997-1999 (derived from the form7 table). The data covers 1993-1999 but the printouts were made in 2000.
