Scope and content
Holds a list of the Northern Ireland Counties. The Physical Design Specification (see the Documentation Catalogue, reference CRDA/39/DD/3/2) states that, when valid data is being uploaded into the Awards database (ie award details received from a distributing body), "if the postcode for the award starts with BT (ie.
