Abstract
 | The Bovine TB dataset is a record of the incidence of tuberculosis among cattle in certain counties (mainly Devon and Cornwall) in Great Britain from 1977 to 2002; and the same among badgers, as potential carriers of the disease, for the years 1972-1998. Its purpose was to assist Veterinary Officers working in the field. The system was a local database developed by Dr Roger Sainsbury in Truro; it linked data showing incidence of TB to computer-generated maps. It was intended to combine badger and cattle data and give an overall disease picture. |
