Contacting NDAD

You can contact us for assistance or further information about any aspect of the NDAD service or website, registration, or to make suggestions or complaints about the service. We can be contacted online (the preferred route for most enquiries), or by phone or letter.

However you contact us, please offer or be prepared to supply the following information:

  • Your User ID (if you are a registered user)
  • Your name, address, phone/fax number and email address (if you are not a registered user)
