Each dataset and all individual dataset documents are given a unique reference number in the following form:

Datasets

CRDA/m/DS/n

where m is the collection number for a dataset or group of annual datasets or snapshots of datasets, and n indicates the number of a specific dataset.

Dataset documentation

CRDA/m/DD/n/x

where m is as for the dataset, n indicates the category of document within the dataset, and x is a sequential number within the category. For example, CRDA/12/DD/2/3 is the dataset documentation for CRDA/12, with '2' indicating the DOMUS User Group papers and '3' the specific document (minutes of the fourth meeting).
